Elijah Dume — Personal and Group Training in Strength and Kinstretch
Elijah Dume is the founder of Vital Strength and a trainer with more than a decade of experience in the fitness industry. His work is rooted in a simple philosophy: science and practice must go hand in hand. What began as a search for purpose evolved into a disciplined approach to human performance, centered on mobility, strength, and long-term health.
Elijah’s training style is direct and results-driven. He values effort, consistency, and honest feedback over empty encouragement. Every session is designed with intention, balancing challenge with progress, and building skills that carry beyond the studio. His goal is to help clients not only feel stronger in the moment but live more capable and confident lives.
Welcome to Vital Strength.
Jamie Golden — Kinstretch Trainer and Joint Health Specialist
Jamie Golden is a professional dancer, certified personal trainer, fitness instructor, and joint health specialist. She built her approach around one clear goal: to keep dancing every day without pain, while helping others move with the same freedom.
After years of performing around the world, Jamie settled in New York City, where she became a Master Instructor at a boutique dance fitness studio and a lead trainer for celebrity clients. That role allowed her to merge her lifelong passion for dance with fitness, and over the last decade, she has helped clients build strength, mobility, and confidence in their movement.
Jamie holds certifications in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), NASM Personal Training, Corrective Exercise, and Pre- and Postnatal fitness. Her versatility extends to creating tailored programs for athletes, entertainers, and individuals recovering from knee and hip replacements, scoliosis, and Parkinson’s disease. She continues to expand her education and is grateful to the clients who challenge and inspire her every day.
